Repaired Samsung 42” Projection TV. Set came in for a ‘double
vision’ symptom.


Viewsonic LCD monitor with permanent image retention. The image
retention was caused by hundreds of hours as a security monitor. This
unit is a ‘mythbuster’.

A ‘toasty’ RCA power board – unit was successfully repaired.


Samsung DLP light engine misalignment before(left) and corrected(right).

Hitachi 65” Projection TV had a foreign object on the board(note
the screw atop the board - probably left by the factory.) Replaced
blown
components on the board to restore the set to better than new condition.

Uber sized 65” LG Plasma
- repaired

Couple of CRT sets repaired and ready for pickup.

This 35” Mitsubishi will survive a while longer. Another
successful on-site repair.

Thieves busted this 42” Plasma attempting to steal it. This
set was also repaired.

LG 37” LCD TV with impacted screen. Not repaired.


Toshiba TV that took a hard fall. The board crack (left) was
repairable, but the CRT (right) was destroyed (note the rainbow
patterns).

Phillips projection TV with a color problem (note the blue
glow.) Set was repaired.

Akai 46” DLP with a display anomaly (Note the thin horizontal
strip of light) caused by a design flaw that allowed a image
re-reflection.

Another successful on-site repair.


65” Hitachi with visible water damage/corrosion caused by ceiling
leak. Unit repaired.

52” RCA Projection TV with screen ripped off, sheetrock dust
covered and left out in the rain a couple of days. Not repaired.
